Combined experience is one of the great strengths of the Kelley Law rink. Second Georgina Wheatcroft is a five-time B.C., provincial champion and also won the Canadian and world titles in 1987 as a third for Pat Sanders' rink.

Wheatcroft and her Kelley Law teammates came to prominence in January 2000. With only one bonspiel under their belt they won the B.C., playdowns in what was considered a major upset to advance to the Scott Tournament of Hearts national championships. They had a terrible start at the Scott that year but reeled off six consecutive must-win games including a tie-breaker and playoff to win the national title.

At the world championships a few weeks later, the foursome won a thrilling final over Switzerland for Canada's first world crown since 1997.
