Tracy Duncan races with partner Fiona Milne in the women's lightweight
double sculls, the sole Olympic lightweight event for women. She first
raced for Canada at the 1993 world championships-winning silver in the
women's fours- then retired until 1996 to finish school. She is a graduate
in electrical engineering at the University of British Columbia,
specializing in image analysis.
She enjoyed a strong 1999 campaign winning silver in lightweight singles
sculls and bronze in fours at the Pan Am Games then adding another bronze
in fours at the world championships.
